Start with the claim basics, then tell the app what document or update you received.

The processor should not need to understand the money-flow engine. They only need to know what came in and what it appears to relate to.

What This Screen Promises

The user will never be dropped into advanced accounting first.
The claim can save even if some information is still missing.
The customer summary remains the final target.
Needs Review stays visible but does not block forward motion.
